there is some valuable info about surgeries(barely any1 does shit and at best cope with roiding/chink bathtub chemicals from what i see)
triangle/pills concept is very old and so is cope. plato/socrates and then freud schmolostein, but for surgeries u may aswell be better off on actual surgery forums, there are some paid ones.
overall these forums can be fun but shouldnt be taken that seriously. they also overly rely on evopsych bs which isnt that much better than schizo psychology. obviously if u do right things for wrong reasons u still win
