i will stop increasing my iq

it takes ... to realize im not smart, and never will be and its all not worth it, making money not possible either.

there is too much to learn, my iq is too inferior 

my goal is, until the end of the year to not increase my iq and later probably extend this.

Set up a specific program, what your goal is and how you get there. Try to build a MPM diagram, or a GANTT chart for your goal to help you visualize it and keep everything in order. Implement it and you will get to your destination in no time.
