1. Energy drinks for glocuse metabolism, caffeine/metabolic energy and they often have vitamins/other good SHIT. 
2. Antibiotics occasionally since my gut is always fucked up. They can make you feel GOOD by cleaning YOUR BODY.
3. Theanine, aspirin to lower stress, help sleep and KEEP CALM/REFRESHED when stress gets too high.
4. Magnesium and zinc sometimes too after workouts, or when I feel I NEED THEM to help some biological functons
5. Eating ACCORDING TO CRAVINGS ... if I want salty I eat LOTS OF SALTY, If I want red meat I try to eat LOTS too. Too many diet RESTRICT and this can BE BAD ... Eat according t cravings as you can at least 3 or 4 imes a week.
6. Gym/occasional exercises MODERATELY but only with free weights or body weight for mental effects too.
