in the public hospital, in order to get an exemption from the army.
I will obviously try to present myself as completely insane, although I'm suspecting that being honest about my situation would probably be enough.
I also put out some cigarettes on my arms to have some scar tissue by the time of the appointment, to appear more convincing.
I also wanted to be sub 70 kg but that's beyond imp I keep sabotaging myself

wont the people administering it be expecting everyone they see to attempt doing exactly this?

yeah and so what, is it better to risk someone going ER in the army? who are they gonna come after if that happens? them, ofc
this has been happening for years btw, only difference now they made it difficult for you to get an exemption: you need a paper from the hospital, a private dr won't do
well let's see, I am not planning to go to the army, no way

There was a 20th century sketch.
Guy acts insane: he grabs every piece of paper he sees around, and says: "Nope, that ain't it."
After repeating this 200 times they refer him to a shrink who issues a certificate that he's insane and unfit for military duty.
He then holds up the certificate in a completely rational tone and says: "That is it."

Guy goes to the medical committee and says "I can't go to the army, I'm blind"
Doctor shows him a panel with letters "Can you read this" he responds "No I can't see anything"
He brings it closer and asks "Now can you read this" again he responds "No I can't see anything"
Doctor scratches his head, then calls a nurse and wispers something to her ear
Nurse proceeds to take her shirt and bra off infront of the patient who in no time gets an erection
Doctor then says "You are telling me you can't see the texts but you can clearly see her breasts!" and the guy responds
"I can't see them, my penis can, so send my penis to the army!"

I'm already on verge of total mental collapse, there's no lying on my part. I'll just try to make sure I'm very vocal about it.
Btw, every time I've visited a psychiatrist they'd raise concerns about my mental well being other than ADHD.

it's a damn shame I didn't look further into it, it was mostly because I felt SHAME about being a mentally ill dog and refused to look for help (even for adhd, my main concern, I did near nothing).
