Here are some rules I would have if I ran a forum: 

No bot posting: If you have 1000+ post and every post is three or four words, you're done 

No political recruiting: Discussion of politics is fine, but if all your post are about how great a political party is, you're done 

No excess negativity: The world for sub8 males is hell now, so there is no need to tell someone what a piece of shit they are every post. 

No excessive bullying: If every post you make is telling someone to kill themselves you don't belong. Don't come to a forum just to let out the rage you feel on others
