yeah, if we are talking about the global situation (billions of subhumans living on 3$ per month). 

just googled it and it seems to be true. but the term "millionaire" is outdated because of inflation. being a millionaire in 2002 is a very different thing compared to now, when you basically qualify if you own some real estate already
