obstacle number 1: dropping the "just one more day of degenerate rotting" mindset
obstacle number 2: dropping the "i spent 14 minutes being proactive and productive, therefore it's fine if i reward myself with 2 weeks of degenerate rotting" mindset

glaringly obvious to everyone around me that it's for life, but i guess that ego fuels that delusion of the possibility of magical turnaround way too powerfully, so it's impossible to let go of fantasizing

i was lowkey already aware of this at fucking 15, but i guess we're too hardwired to cope to adjust our expectations and behavior, or is it just me. brutal loserpill

whether you make it or not is basically determined by the age your 15

all these people making it in like their 40s or 50s already had it they just didnt get the right opportuities until then

fkk neeguh, it was never up to your decision if you want to rot or not jfl

if you have something better going on, you don't rot; if not you're powerless
