instead of doing something fulfilling (exercise, reading, studying, socializing), i m drowning myself in fake dopamine coming from excessive food intake, alcohol, corny music on yt and internet forums

for how long, my pet? super frustrating. i cant believe i m not better than this. i ll be passing out in my bed in 20 minutes and then wake up in the morning and think: "again, retard? what do you even get from living like that at this point?" to myself. so fucking sad

dont u get a negative response when u know ur doing something bad. like, u dont feel guilty at all knowing ur wasting ur time getting fatter. or ur saying the dopamine from eating is obscuring it?
either way u should just keep this feeling of despair with you. it will help you next time. just let it grow tbh ur gonna feel like doing something after a while because of pure anguish. and u can get dopamine from working out too, but it takes getting to a certain threshold first which is gonna take aloong time if ur fat so. if i were you id cruise on guilt to improve myself, rather than chasing trying to chase dopamine

its all about getting into it tbh. for example if u have problems with sugar cravings, the main part is just forcing urself to not eat sugar for a few days and then ur not even gonna want to eat any candies ever again unless u willingly make a decision to do it. same with dicipline just starting out is the pain
