mike mew has been teaching it all wrong: suction hold and posterior third tongue placement. That's all good i guess if the volume of your oral cavity is above average. But for most people the tongue would block their airway, so they are instantly discarded.
It doesn't make sense to do anything else really, other than focus on the anterior third posture and apply conscious effort to not just push forward, but reshape the arch of your palate. A squared palatal arch is the most optimal, and this can only happen if the inter-canine width grows.
