@ n9wiff i believe people shouldnt be stepping into the gym unless they can do 30 pushups, the only thing ill go to gym for is to hit lats but if I can find a pole somewhere that should do (my dad told me installing a pullupbar is not feasible because the walls could get damaged)

With proper form it's hard to do 30
Try to put your hands slightly wider than shoulders and don't flare elbows out, only up and down

are you lean? im around 10 kg overweight and have very long limbs so for me getting 30 would be a decent milestone imo before I start to go to the gym

I never go to the gym cause like body conscious and also because I don't like the fact that other people have used the equipment. Even if they clean all the seats and stuff, I still hate it
Right now I can almost do 8 with proper form consistently, I feel a lot of weakness in mainly my core and arms so today I'll be doing crunches and planks ( Delts are sore so I'm skipping chest and triceps today cause I spent the entire morning hanging curtains on a ladder and screwing stuff into places )

I'm currently aiming for 100 pushups in a row by the end of 2026.
I have this system where I do a high rep set every couple hours and every week I add 1 more rep.

That's when i realized they are useless. Just as retarded as my drinking, where i need 5 hours and 2 l of caloric piss to get drunk.
Lifting + vodka mogs as a combo
