[Black Pill] I blasted this Mexican-sounding 40-something year old customer service woman on the phone

She works for my telephone service provider

She goes to me, (and I could immediately tell her IQ was in the single digits (negative btw)), "I'm sorry you were given wrong information by the previous customer service agent. But unfortunately, our policy is... (bla bla bla)"

I go to her, "Nonono, this is not how this works. You are literally just a customer service associate. You are nothing. Let me speak to your manager or someone above you because you have no idea how legal matters work. I have the call recorded, and you are liable for communicating incorrect information to a customer, if that incorrect information led to an action which now has financial implications for the customer."

She stuttered for a bit, and then transfers me over to her supervisor. Another dumb-sounding, but slightly more competent woman. In one minute, I explained my case, she apologized, and made arrangements for me to be duly compensated.
