It takes so long for her to process things, even while driving. I was driving at a higher level than she was after only 1 month of consistent driving, she has tunnel vision and still drives like shit after 30 years unable to predict traffic 

Even today I was on the phone talking to someone and she just comes in making noise and I had to motion to her I am on the phone and then she walks away. She tells me oh I can't see your on the phone even though I am talking with a phone next to my ear.

I have to also explain to her basic concepts regarding technologies over and over.  I have to sign In to her accounts and reset all her passwords somehow even though she is the one who created the passwords, how am I supposed to know your email password to get reset link.
