Do u eat pita bread?

I eat another type of flatbread called "Naan" along with Tandoori Chicken for like first dinner everyday 

Other than this, I've never tried any other bread because everything else = that supermarket processed bread Americans like

Yes specifically we here eat much more bread than The White Man (western europeans)

Interesting, I thought the Western Euros were into bread and pastries a lot

Even most bread from bakeries is bad. I sometimes go to the artisan French bakery but it's expensive.

I cooked chicken and rice today, but I sorta failed. Ruud what is your feedback.

I simmered onion garlic and chicken, then added rice, broth and spices, and waited to cook.

Chicken was dry inside and rice was sloppy.

My problemsolving suggests: added too much fluid for the rice, and idk, should use different pan for chicken maybe.

You have to add water multiple times in order to be "creamy".
