not that it's dangerous, i just don't see how i could possibly just decide to stop and stick with it. based on my experience in the last 2 years

But maybe if you made a gradual schedule. It would be easy to reduce from your current pace 4 liters/15 hours 

to 3.9 liters/15 hours
