I get all my best thoughts at night, but have to sleep.

Now it's morning and I can't put my cool thoughts into action. I can't really put anything into action (took me a while to gain the energy to write this thread)

Wake up 3 frozen pizza 2 cup coffe 1 tablespoon kratom 25 - 50 mg Amitriptyline serotonergic antidepressants 2 nicotine pouches

When back home 5pm i take 25 or 50 mg Amitriptyline again

Kratom 3 or 4 tablespoons a day. Morning lunch after 5pm and evening 8pm

Amitriptyline total dosage per day ranging from 50 mg - 100 mg

I agree. What is the solution to this? Waking up at 4 am and having a morning routine that shocks your organism enough to adapt?

I haven't found a solution, apart from coffee. But coffee isn't sustainable. 


I've thought that going for a morning walk would help with waking up and unlocking creativity.

Ask your doctor for Amitriptyline. It works really good for depression/anxiety/social anxiety/insomnia
