Why have foids been let into the wild to collect resources in humans then, they should be at home not in the workplace.

I actually think it really can. I've seen that most women are obviously attracted to good looking and/or tall men, while others are attracted to super rich men. Also, some rich men like Justin Bieber screwed a lot of his good-looking fans so well. Being rich makes you have a high status which is important. Women crave status besides looks.
