women provide value to men by looking pretty/cute and by speaking to them. in order to reciprocate, men must give them money/resources for free and do nice things for them. this is high t behaviour
low t behaviour would be to not hold up your end of the trade and hoard your money/resources like a greedy bastard. what else are you gonna use them for? your brain has been biologically engineered to gain staisfaction from giving them to potential mates

but if you hoard the resources you have more of them and become higher value so can get a higher value girl which is in your mating interest

Sure but higher quality girls will want both a large gross amount and a high relative amount so it serves you best to amass as much as you can.

quality in women isnt important, what differentiates high value and low value women? they are basically the same except one had rich parents (probably more annoying)

there's not much variance in female looks and the market is inefficient so i dont think this is a large factor

so men care more about men's opinions, then a healthy group of men boosts up their best ones, then their high confidence would attract women.
the just be confident theory is essentially legit, but also fucked, cause betas, as useless/evil as the average straggot today, woulda been bullied out by any male group of hunter gatherers they were in, if they had tried acting more confident than they deserve in a fake psycho way, then woulda become thin and unfuckable on their own, and died out by never being selected.

That may or may not be "high t behaviour", but it's not simping. Simping is investing excessive attention/effort in someone. "Giving them money/resources for free and doing nice things for them" is completely typical human behaviour. But like all behaviour, it becomes abnormal when taken to extremes.
