They’re boring, especially if you don’t like drama or small talk
They are “disgusting”, especially if you don’t like lies
Sadly, though, since you’re in the minority (I’ll turn a blind eye to the category of ‘normies’ who aren’t socially integrated and make up a considerable proportion of ‘NDs’), it’s you who has to (and I stress has to) adapt to them 
But! Look on the bright side… if you’re ND, you don’t have to pretend to be one of those rats (i.e. neuro-homo), you don’t have to lie about your interests, friendships, feelings and so on
You can be an outcast, but comfortably 
Unless you’re too shy for that, which is what I rather suspect
