that's how it started with me too in 2017

-depression
-getting accustomed to skipping classes
-messed up sleeping schedule
-cut all ties with friends I had from school years
-become a serial liar to my family and acquaintances to cover up my failure
-postpone everything for next semester
-develop sever avoidance personality disorder, never leave my room until all food runs out and I become really hungry

covid was the only thing that interrupted this downfall spiral but now I'm back in the same spot again

My experience pretty much covers every point and the worst part is that all of this feels like it's just my normal baseline I'll be at for the rest of my life

I can get into a "productive" state of being like maybe for a week max before I relapse into being this way again. I'm gonna try to ask my psych for Ritalin or even Strattera and hope it does at least something for me. I'm so desperate for anything right now
