Confidence and sociability is important, sadly you can't "maxx" your way into getting those traits and women to a great extent in most cases ( and most people in general I think ) are repulsed by guys who arrogantly punch above their weight class

and other characteristics like charisma are more important, but this is harder to show in a scene like dating
