The thing is I only needed 9/40 to pass in the finals and I couldn't manage that

I went in not as prepared as I should've been because I thought my good midterms were gonna help me float by + it was the final exam so I just sorta gave up due to the stress 

Apparently I didn't get this memo I'm only learning about now

Kindly understand that you will have to get a pass in final exam to pass the module.
You will need to have submitted the final piece which is the midterm exam in order for you to be eligible to complete this course.

If you have failed the module it will be probably due to receiving low marks in the final exam, and you will have to resit.
