there's 2 ways

1. on the container area of your page, at the bottom right (you may have to scroll down to the end)
2. User CP -> Your Profile (left sidebar) Edit Options -> Board style (bottom right option)

dark is horrible but i use it tbh. i dont think it needs to mix between black background/ white text and
white background with black text. such as the bar with user cp and alerts is still white as well as the bars that say important threads and normal threads. they all stick out so bad just make them inverted like everything else in dark mode
