Don't get me wrong, he looks like dogshit, but that is more a reflection of his inner state. He looks like dogshit, cause he is fat and doesn't take care of himself, has a weak personality and a negativistic mindset.
But it's not like his face is the main problem.
Take mvp's face, when he was 18 years old and hand it to someone with the mindset and the ability of the Tate brothers. Mvp would've turned into a highly respected person. Neither fat nor incel.
Now, the problem is that mvp's personality is so flawed, that there's no hope. He doesn't even show a desire to change. But give him a different type of personality and he would be a respected member of society.
