The day is much easier to manage if you sleep a lot

I did studying for 1 hour

I did weight and calisthenic workout for 2 hours

I ran for 45 minutes, did stretching for 30

Did all my looksmaxxes, ate a lot of food

now I feel like sleeping even though I have only been awake for 8 hours or so. I can maybe go for a walk, do some studying and eat some more food, that's if i dont feel bad in next 15 minutes

No point in staying up for 16-18 hours like some dumb ape. I will try to sleep by 7:30pm and wake up at a 8am

My muscle can only grow during sleep

My skin can only repair during sleep

My semen storage can only produce while sleeping

My looks can only multiply during sleep

I can only get stronger, faster, stamina, etc when I am sleeping

so why not go hard for 10 or so hours then sleep. whats the point in staying up
