No matter who you are, no matter what you do, you will always be suffering more than you enjoy on a daily average. Happiness from accomplishments are fleeting and dopamine boosting activies are very temporary
So the key is to limit suffering to a small level but not erase it, if you try to limit all suffering it will bounce back in the end and then you will feel even worse (ie drugs, rich off crime, too many prostitutes, over eating)
There is no escape from suffering, not even a God since all religious people know the world is only going to get worse and that we are in the end times, you are just waiting until God returns. How do we know if heaven will even be without suffering
So just be honest, suffering = permanent
