Looking back now, this is all one giant meme. I was such a fucking retard at 16. 

The best advice was free on the internet, take more showers, muh personal hygiene, increase social skills, workout and dress better.

Same. I don’t think I’ve ever anything but bluepill though. Definitely used to be highly toxic though. Bluepill is the way but I also know some people are so warped in the mind that they’re incapable of believing in it.
