bought something with my debit card, entered my pin and started leaving when i heard a slightly irritated "where are you going? wait till the transaction gets approved". i say "sure, i just thought it went through", to which she says: "you are supposed to press enter after entering your pin"

a week ago i had a 600 eur worth of those exchanged for paper money in the financial agency and put it back to my bank acc. less hassle.
