Is it not the normal that people have healthy bones, muscles and ligaments and no diseases that actively affect their day to day lives?

If there was a person alive right now, who would be considered "perfectly healthy", it's unlikely to stay that way for long. The world is full of bacteria.

diabetes, blood pressure issues, headache disorders and so on and on are all very common

that's kinda true, you only need the temperature to slightly drop for sinusits or pneumonia to kick in
fungal infections on certain parts of the body are also easily instilled and they can last chronically
