i dont even count pushups as working out. 

you are imagining me as an obese cripple because i ve only been posting from that perspective since i started drinking and got fat 2.5 or so years ago, but you are forgetting that i was basically an athlete in es, hs and uni, representing all 3 in basketball, futsal and football (and my law school has 5k+ students enrolled at any given time). and i'm a 5ft10 or so meso, which is the type of body that's usually extremely malleable mass and shape wise (the same thing josh said itt)

if you are saying 300-400 pushups throughout the day are sf to you, then you are even more physically inferior than i thought.

it's very common for unfit people to overestimate their capabilities, this phenomenon has many parallels to what the dunning-kruger effect describes

this behavior is probably a result of optimism bias and lack of feedback. I see it all the time on social media, especially bodybuilding pages where people are gonna comment on a guy's physique not being impressive but instead very easy to build, when they themselves have a much inferior physique

that being said, if you take a video of yourself doing 50 pushups in a go, I'll give you 1000 euros and hand you this site.
