c im so smart i can go on autopilot except self harm, train yourself to withstand it, that feeling will pass, its same like u had in the past ocd to pack in socket, or say things u shouldnt, they all passed, this is all just a temporary ocd, train to withstand it. so feelings are still right, but u gotta learn and train yourself to withstand certain feelings, u cannot do everything ur feeling tells you.

sometimes ur feeling needs to feel that despair and u withstanding with all might, but it will pass like all feelings pass, change is a constant
