 Future Chess World Champion?

Its no doubt that Magnus Carlsen is one of the best, if not the best chess player to ever exist.

But there will come a time for Magnus, when he will be overtaken from the throne just like Bobby Fischer and Gary Kasparov have been.

So who do you guys think that is going to be?

Personally imo,

It will be Nodirbek Abdusattorov, An Uzbek Chess Player.

He's already defeated and made Magnus resign a bunch of times and he's been beaten by Magnus one time iirc alike.

Why I think it will be Nodirbek and not the likes of Hikaru, Anish Giri, Jorden or other popular Chess GMs is because of Nodirbek's playing style.

It is very unconventional and more "chess-engine" like.
He has transcended Traditional chess play even in Standard Long Chess Games, and is very modern.
Sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't, but he is headed in the right direction.

Its not to say Nodirbek doesn't play classical at all, he does but its more modern by the way he plays. He is very long game oriented and doesn't care about winning "fast" or making "risky" sacrifices.

He will be Future World Champion.
Soon.

Here's a good analysis video if u want to check out the way he plays:

If what you say is true, seems like an IQ mogger. Not many of those in chess these days. Hopefully he revives the sport; it has been dead for decades.
