Anyone use fake fashion rep stores?
#1
I am starting to think it is all about "fake fashion" to fashionmax

Using replica sites

People are walking around with so much fake shit it's insane

There is a way to artistically do it so you don't look outlandish (a lose incel can't be wearing $17,000 Dior and Air Force 1 collaboration shoes with an $18,000 fend warm up jacket)

but maybe a little bit of fake shit could be thrown in for positive effect

anyone have any experience with this?

About perfumes, there are probably imitations you can get away with (from what my sister has told me), but I'd rather stick to my go to fragrance, which is pretty cheap anyways. I don't bother much with clothes, I still wear the same t-shirts and denim jeans I wore in highschool.

I was interested in it in 2020 and researched it a bunch. But now I'm disappointed in myself for even considering it (it so happens that I thought about this topic a few days ago).
Showing off with luxury brands just seems like such an embarrassing way to present yourself to the world. So infantile and cringe. It seems to represent a real emptiness and desperation in people.
I think it would be much more liberating to become comfortable with putting together affordable outfits that look good and not having to rely on the branding.

But I'm just spouting my (most likely unwanted) opinion. I've nothing better to do rn.

In terms of practical advice, I'd expect the current situation in China to have very negative impacts on the buying experience but idk.
