i think so, as he was responsible for industrial scale holocaust never seen before or after and ww2 which ultimately killed like 50 million people

in the holocaust he didnt only kill jews, but virtually everyone he deemed different and inferior, in a barbaric way

the nazi crimes are well documented including massacres, rape and torture , and hitler was ultimately responsible for all that

now u could say stalin or mao killed even more, but who cares about chinks and russians.
