Another thought I had in response to the thread in op is if you're maxing for security and finance in a low trust environment you're really just accruing it for the violence/crime.maxer who is going to come and take it.

Bare minimum you need to violence max and practice methods of defending against criminals

You also need to be mentally resilient enough to handle your family getting wiped out and starting from scratch because that's a high possibility in low trust env
