Cause I subscribed to the radical teetotal view, that drinking alcohol was generally bad and that it was preferable to never drink.

For that I had to brainwash myself into thinking that alcohol generally tasted bad, made you act 'stupid' and that there were no advantages possibly gained from alcohol.

When I realized I was wrong, I had a complete breakdown. I realized that alcohol does make you see life differently and is even a reason to get up in the morning. I regretted not having spent my youth drinking more
