I need to mail my supervisor to ask to present my thesis

which I've picked in 2023 3 years ago! And since then I ghosted her 3 times for a long period like that!

I was about to present in june-july (she literally said yeah lets meet 1-2 more times and u can present) but then massive depression hit and I'm on idleness since

I ghosted her when I asked to present in summer, btw she was really angry at me once when I ghosted her for 6 months and yelled so much everyone heard us, it was horrible.
