[Black Pill]
I need to stop using the internet completely

except for work/study/research. It's literal cancer withering away my time on this planet without me noticing. Days go by, months, years. Nothing changes. I suggest you guys do the same. I'll try not connecting on the internet unless I'm on phone (my 2015 bought smartphone is barely useable so it prevents me from wasting much time).

Why? Internet is fine

That is certainly a good idea, though. Most parts of the internet are a literal cancer outside of academic fields and some other disciplines (such as the study of the evolution of programming languages, the internet and operating systems which is quite interesting). However leaving the internet completely except for those things isn't an option for many of us, especially those who are constantly dopamine-deprived owing to ADD or executive function, as well as folk who have a very limited or just not a social life at all.

I'm getting a dopamine surplus from browsing the internet 12 hours a day being fed utterly useless information, meanwhile obliterating my ability to concentrate and make complex thoughts. It's really bad for the brain chemistry, I'm telling you.

I'm telling you its the way you are thinking right now as your brain chemistry changes from internet detox you will adapt to the new reality thats what people do.

Yeah an internet detox could do wonders maybe I forgot to say I'm not opposed to it. However I'd say that although it'd certainly help the majority of folk with their dopamine receptors (which tend to be "fried" so to speak), I wouldn't say the same thing for folk with ADD given that they're diagnosed even before touching any computer or phone.
