in terms of what we understand to be serial killers by the modern definition, niggers, not whites, have always been vastly overrepresented.

he gives a good explanation for why this is. white serial killers are a novelty and usually are high iq enough to be interesting for media and general public. black and brown serial killers are low iq, inarticulate, boring, and their behavior isn't unique or interesting, it's just par for the course.

little explanation for this chart: the low number of nigger serial killing pre-1950s is due to lower overall population, segregation and other factors leading to under reporting:

plus you're comparing modern numbers to mass incarceration numbers, the overall trend in crime overall is rising. lets compare a modern nigger criminal's rap sheet to one from 1950 and we can see if why crime rates obviously wouldn't have "dropped", niggers weren't let out to reoffend in the past. i wonder if those libtard charts separate each instance of nigger crime or do they just count 100 nigger crimes as one if it's done by 1 nigger
