lateral raises with band is decent the rest is all dogshit especially training calfs and forearms LOL . and at 64kg ur doing cardio why bro ur shooting yourself in the foot
keep the lateral raises but fuck everything else, and instead add pushups and situps/legraises to your routine. you can add more decline as you get stronger pushups and eventually try hanging leg raises when u can do maybe 60 consecutive situps. .. dont forget that all this effort is futile if u dont eat enough btw

yeah and my suggestions are all bodyweight exercises similar to the ones you listed, except these ones arent retarded. If u want to do something simple and easy at home then go for these compound movements instead. why is ur thread mentioning abs when ur workout is just pure cardio at 64 kilos . even if u had a weighted vest for those movements ur gonna be working your forearms and calves bro Green

Oh, my bad, just went back and read it. Thanks for the suggestions

Anyway, I’m thinking going back to all various cardio just for fitness and maybe neck and grip work
