how does tazarotene compare with tretinoin for curing hyperpigmentation/melasma?

I am not very familiar with tazarotene, I am thinking about ordering a couple tubes, since my tret ran out recently and Im looking to stack up agan.

Every evening that im not using derma stamp
Let it stay for 1.5-2 hours (if it burns really bad, wash it immediately, i have been using these chemical peels for a long time)
Brand name im using is is zorante if you want to know

I think I'll stop because it makes my nose super oily (even tho it's supposed to do the opposite).
