(11-05-2025, 10:14 PM)Mr Looks Wrote: You do behind, left, right then start over again right? ive been doing a few sets of neck extensions, then i do the 'looking side to side' after my neck is already tired. both left and right get trained in the same set. not claiming that this is an ideal way to train, it's just the method i'm currently using neck curls seem fine if youre not worried about getting a double chin from them. i've heard that theyre good for posture as well.

ive increased it noticeably within the last few months using your technique but on the forehead not back of head. sin suggested this and it seems good so far. big front neck muscles is the goal

did pic yesterday and have sore sternocleidomastoid muscles today

gained half an inch, which is pretty lame, although i have been on very small calorie deficit. majority of gains came suddenly in the past couple weeks - either from starting to do neck-bridge type exercise, or from training twice per week (or both)
