Calorie dense foods to put on muscle?

Excluding stuff like mass gainers because I can't get 'em 

And dairy because gut health and hormones 

What do you guys eat if you need to bulk up? I've been eating mainly rice, beef, chicken and lamb. Nothing else much other than like one Malt drink a day.

Potatoes, many almonds, avocado, olive oil on rice

I used to make shake with almonds, peanuts, sun flower seed, brazil nuts + milk and some ice cream. It was like 1200 calories.

Just replace milk with almond milk

Damn, I can't do nuts though, they make me feel sickly

I might just start drizzling olive oil over everything I eat though, and much more potatoes maybe 

I usually order ice-cream from any restaurant I eat at for desert but I'll buy twice from now on
