I wanna get a consult for my horrid lower third. I could get genio done locally for cheap but I couldn't find trustworthy surgeons that offer implants here.

If I want the later I will have to save up money and do it overseas. That might be a pain in the ass. 

I also have bulging eyes but I'm really scared of a botch here...
