@MysteriousWeeb420

How do you justify mental asylums in a libertarian utopia?

Do mental patients just get shot on sight the first time they violate the NAP?

What about hobos? When everything is privatised, can they effectively be trespassed from an entire country?

It's a private service just like any other. The consumer or a relative/friend needs to pay for it.

Idk what a NAP is

Hobos can go chill wherever but begging or obstructing walkways for attention is punishable by forced labor camps

What about designated begging zones? Who owns said Labor camps? Isn't that just the prison industrial complex in America right now?

Nap is non aggression principal. Libertarians can't agree upon a legal framework so its just an extreme simplification of the law

designated begging zones sounds like a good idea but i dont think it would work in practice because the area would need to be maintained/cleaned and patrolled 24/7

labor camps owned by the government, but i could see parts of it being privatized for efficiency. (it's not slavery - you are paying off your 'debt' to the state so it is an exchange of goods/services)
