1. hitting the pullup bar everyday + training my neck on my bed everydy
2. drinking a cup of coffee when needed, as in when i want to rope which is often lol
3. going to the barber
4. cooking my own meals that are healthy
5. becoming a youtube vlogger 
6. sunbathing
7. nofap, i legit dont care about fapping anymore lmao XD

whoops forgot to add, long walks outdoors, reorganizing bedroom into an ideal rot space
