like its very common here. even on funny memes/social media videos etc, people do it all the time.

this guy is basically sarcastically telling the viewer to create a startup (which has become a fad basically etc and he is trolling on it) and he is using excessive meme-tone but still its how people talk, u can clearly hear him start off in english and then switch to hindi and then switch to ennglish back midway and then hindi again
