you quickly learn this when you're sick and homeless. having to rely on the goodwill of other people makes it impossible to get past square one
what i find extremely odd is the bootstrapping and moralizing that's projected onto homeless people, and how fucking useless all the programs to uplift them are
when you're at the bottom of the totem poll in society, it becomes extremely evident that people are blood thirsty psychopaths -- the social contract no longer applies, because you broke the social contract when you selfishly decided to sleep in a bus stop
i wish i had a place to stay and medical treatment for my chest
this is a loser mindset, yes, but it's true nonetheless. not that it's some revelation, or anything...
just tired of it all. maybe the concentration camp victims should have taken more personal responsibility? "WELL THEY SHOULD HAVE FUCKING BLAHBLAHBLAH IF THEY DIDN'T WANT TO BE GASSED"
