I HATE THIS QUESTION

and i hate hinge for the same reason

the expectation is that i distill my personality down into these shitty bullet points: I like to snowboard! I like to read! I work in information technology! I have a passion for art! 

then they read too much into this and it turns into a tv show coded first impression

can't think of a more shallow way to "get to know" someone. 

"i like to post on internet forums" 




no better way to commit SOCIAL SUICIDE!

I usually end up putting on a kinda raspy, lazy voice and saying "i like to travel"
