There is this guy in my gym and he brought his 2 sons along — one around 10/11, the around 13/14. Both of them were fat but like not the good type of fat, like they have some syndrome.

Anyways they both were disinterested and I don’t blame them.
Instead of taking them to swimming cricket football kabadi tennis basketball volleyball boxing or badminton, he brought them to THE GYM (just fucking lol)

They would get fit at the gym for sure but what’s the point? Take them to a sport and make them mogger like all kids

Agreed. Gymcelling is the most antisocial, mentally ill, and physically stunting "sport"

Lifting weights is only seen as self-improvement because people transition to it from being NEET and playing videogames/watching porn all day.

you do legs at evening on monday and then do them again on the tuesday morning? Green

also, how do you combine all of that with the boxing and other sports you mentioned?

Those sports were when I was until in school.
This is my current gym routine, I told you.

And Yeah tibialis hamstrings and hip flexors on Monday evening, quads and calves on Tuesday morning
