i personally did a series of 3 controlled tests myself. here is a cohesive no bs summary.
controlled testing:
test ( A ) - jerking off upwards of 3 times a day, everyday for 2 weeks with t boosting supplementation (tong kat ali + fadogia agrestis)
test ( B ) - jerking off upwards of 3 times a day, everyday for 1 week without any t boosting supplementaton
test ( C ) - semen retention, no visual stimulation, no additional t boosting supplementation for 3 weeks
test results:
test ( A ) results:
felt happy as hell, energetic, mind and body felt extremely healthy, i was losing weight very easily. legit had the energy to stay awake for 18 hours and wake up with a rock hard boner
test ( B ) results:
felt happy, energetic, mind and body felt healthy, i was losing weight equally fast but i had to fall asleep quick, like maybe 16 hours awake and feel good
test ( C ) results:
actually felt like ass, i wasnt losing any weight, i was sleeping on/off 4 hrs-6hrs-5hrs, it was a terrible sleep cycle mode, i was barely feeling energetic. felt lazy and didnt wanna do anything.
conclusions:
- t boosting supplementation is legit for extra push, not for making u a roid tier mogger
- nofap doesnt work, its all placebo, its a theory from reddit after all
- fapping makes u feel energetic. idk how but it is what it is and it is how i felt. no post nut clarity crap or anything like that, just feel good hormones.
- long deep sleep + being energetic = makes u lose weight fast
